What we look for
Four things, consistently.
- Demonstrable technical craft. You can show the specification, the model, the sampling design or the lift plan, and defend the choices inside it
- Comfort with documentation. You regard the evaluation record and the audit trail as part of the work rather than as overhead attached to it
- Field credibility. You can operate where access, security and infrastructure are variable, and plan for that rather than around it
- Judgement under scrutiny. You are willing to give the harder answer and then defend it
